Inspecta acquires Norsk Kran og Redskapskontroll AS in Norway

Inspecta Group and the owners of Norsk Kran og Redskapskontroll AS (NKR) have signed a contract in which Inspecta Holding Norway AS acquires 100 % of the shares of NKR.

Norsk Kran og Redskapskontroll is specialized in inspection of cranes and lifting appliances. The company has 7 employees and it provides inspection services to several industries like energy, shipyards, buildings etc. NKR is a family company, established in 1974. Today NKR has an annual turnover of 7,5 MNOK.

The acquisition gives Inspecta a foothold in Oslo and strengthens the position in the lifting inspection business. Inspecta has grown through acquisitions in the Norwegian market since 2008, and employs now more than 100 persons in Norway.

For NKR and its employees the deal opens up new opportunities in offering wider service offer for the current clients and working in a large international organization.
