In the planning stage Kiwa Inspecta manages the planning as well as taking care of the tendering of the repair work − always respecting the client’s needs and supporting them in their decisions. When the project is at full speed the project manager leads the construction site meetings, guides the supervision and controls the progress, costs and quality, at the same time assuring that the work keeps up with the planned schedule. The project manager reports regularly to all stakeholders in the project.

In projects managed by Kiwa Inspecta a professional communication coordinator takes care of fluent interaction and information flow. The communication coordinator makes sure that all involved parties get enough information about the project and its progress during the whole repair project.
