Kiwa Inspecta’s service includes a survey of the property’s condition and an analysis of the risks and obligations facing it in terms of maintenance and upkeep. Our services cover both technical and environmental surveys which we deliver as easy-to-read reports.

In Technical Due Diligence (TDD) we assess the technical condition of structures and building systems as well as the repairs required for the time period of the customer’s choice. The assessment of repair costs is based on our vast experience of managing and supervising real estate repair projects. Along with TDD we also analyze the quality of the property’s existing care and maintenance.

In Environmental Due Diligence (EDD) we examine the possible and significant environmental risks, responsibilities and impacts of the property. An EDD analysis is customized according to the needs of the customer so it can include everything from the risks brought about by climate change to the property’s detrimental elements and ecological impacts.
