Inspecta continues expansion in Norway with two acquisitions

Inspecta Holding Norway has acquired 100% of the shares of Ultratech NDT AS and Nordisk Sveiseinspeksjon AS. Both companies are specialized in non-destructive testing (NDT) services and operate in the Oslo economic area.

Ultratech’s 7 employees are situated in Arendal and the company’s annual turnover is 10 MNOK. Nordisk Sveiseinspeksjon AS (NSI) has 23 employees located in Stokke and Kongsberg. NSI’s annual turnover reaches 26,5 MNOK. Before these two acquisitions Inspecta had 50 employees in Norway.

“These two transactions strengthen Inspecta’s position in the area south of Oslo. For NSI, Ultratech and their employees the deal opens up new opportunities with a larger international perspective. It also makes it possible to offer a wider variety of services for the present clients”, says Simo Hassi, director from Inspecta Group.

Inspecta Group supplies a large testing, inspection and certification services to industries, real estate owners and infrastructure operators in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Latvia and Estonia. The Group employs more than 1250 employees and its annual turnover is 130 M€. Inspecta’s goal is to create safety, trust and environmental sustainability in Northern Europe.
