Inspecta strives continuously to improve performance externally and internally. We invest a lot in developing our employees’ competence and skills. Inspecta, for example, arranges internal training in various testing methods - many of our NDT inspectors started as trainees and have grown into specialists during their time with Inspecta.

Inspecta also regularly conducts employee satisfaction surveys to get feedback to support our development as well as to develop the leadership skills of our managers. As an international company, we also have many common leadership processes: for example, how to set clear targets in yearly performance development discussions. As we like to develop ourselves, we certainly look for people who wish to develop and who take responsibility in developing themselves!
